Becareful of people around who see you as an opportunity than a person,when people see you as an opportunity to get something they become nice to you not because they care enough for real, but for a purpose"what they opt" intend to achieve through you.
They will be good to you because you are a link to whatsoever they are chasing and when that is achieved, you no longer exist.
It's common in the business world,in school life and in general.
You have to be careful how you open up to people "not everyone should have access to your emotions because, emotions feeds on emotions, and when you need that comfort and can't get from the person in focus it breaks you".
So next time before you place certain levels of value on people find out what they are about and why they are with you because we meet people in life for 3 reasons

•For a lifetime.
